During a Swedish massage session, the therapist uses long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular motions on the superficial layers of the muscles along with friction, tapping, vibration, and stretching. The primary goal of Swedish massage is to increase blood circulation and promote the flow of oxygen in the body, while also releasing muscle tension and promoting the removal of toxins.
The techniques employed in Swedish massage are designed to target the entire body, and the session typically covers the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet. I, the therapist, may apply various pressures, from light to medium, based on the individual's preferences and needs.
Swedish massage can help alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress and anxiety, improve circulation, increase flexibility, and promote a sense of deep relaxation. It can also aid in the recovery from injuries, relieve chronic pain, and enhance overall physical and mental well-being.

This massage will only take place in prone (face down) position.
Various techniques are used such as; Effleurage, petrissage, friction, compressions, and tapotement. Deeper pressure (up to medium) may be applied if client requests it.

As the session progresses, the I will use my hands, knuckles, elbows, forearms, and sometimes even specialized tools to apply more focused and intense pressure to specific areas of tension or discomfort. I may also incorporate slow and deliberate strokes along the grain of the muscles to help break down adhesions (tight knots of tissue) and promote better circulation.
While deep tissue massage can be intense and may cause some discomfort, it should never be painful. It is important to communicate openly about your comfort level, as I can adjust the pressure accordingly. Please feel comfortable to speak. It’s a safe space here.

Fabulous massage.. I mean honestly one of the most comforting, focused massages I’ve experienced. Strong enough, soft enough - was touched in muscles I didn’t even know was there. Prish you truly are amazing. Don’t sell yourself short…you’re doing a amazing job I feel 7 pounds lighter and 5 inches taller 😂 PEOPLE GO GET A MASSAGE WITH HER.

mean I couldn’t have asked for a better massage, I didn’t really have any trouble areas besides shoulders and neck however once she started massaging I didn’t realize how many areas of my body needed attention. I literally could move my neck again. I also cried and Prisha made me feel so comfortable. She’d always say, “I got you” throughout the massage which really stuck with me and made me feel that she was here with me. She didn’t just demand “relax” it was like you could really tell there’s love there. How many people in this world make you feel that way? Especially without knowing them… she truly has a gift. Book here. You guys won’t regret it. She’s so patient and understanding, she did excellent and deserves a nice tip. Also she offers discounts and reward card which I think is just great. The therapist (Prisha) is phenomenal. The experience was a mix of small things that made the experience grand. Things like relaxing sounds, being soft spoken, and the aromas catered to the experience and creating a calm environment that added more therapeutic aspects than just a massage can offer. Definitely recommended.
